One Ecosystem. Seven Specialized Apps.

Each Meister app is built for a specific craft – but they all share the same powerful core:

  • Bluetooth® connection
  • Automatic temperature compensation
  • Multiple measurement units & built-in conversions
  • Custom batches & logs
  • Measurement history with notes & timestamps
  • Cloud sync
  • PDF/CSV export

The App That Turns Results Into Next Steps.

Taking the measurement is only the beginning. Understanding what it means – that’s where the Meister apps come in. Every Meister app turns a reading into clear context and next steps:

  • Pick your product. The app picks the right range.
  • Tag the moment. (“Mashing”, “Final Gravity”, “Bottling”, etc.) and get guidance that matches the task.
  • See what’s normal — fast. The app compares your reading against recommended ranges for what you’re making.

Examples of In-Context Guidance:

Brewing

Mashing should sit between pH 5.2 - 5.6. Active fermentation typically drops between pH 4.2 - 4.6. Final gravity below 1.020 often signals you’re ready.

Winemaking

Harvest can land around 18 - 26 °Brix. Fermentation pH should stay in 3.0 - 3.4. Bottling often sits around pH 3.0 – 3.7 for stability.

Distilling

Track foreshots, heads, hearts, and tails – and see the cleanest point to switch fractions. Confirm ABV at bottling down to the decimal.

Espresso & Coffee

Espresso TDS 8 – 12 %. Filter coffee 1.2 – 1.5 %. French press 1.5–1.7 %. See exactly where your brew lands.

Get next-step guidance
If your mash comes in at pH 5.9, Brew Meister flags it and suggests actions like adding lactic acid to bring it back into range. Same idea for drifting wine fermentations, under-extracted espresso, or reef trends moving the wrong way.

Skip the math
Temperature compensation runs automatically in the background. SmartRef wort and alcohol correction are built in. Specific gravity is shown at your preferred reference (20/20, 15/15, 20/4). ABV and attenuation are calculated automatically from OG and FG.

Choose Quick, Continuous, or Precise measurement modes depending on whether you need speed, a live reading, or maximum accuracy.

Built for More Than Beverages.

Same “in-context” guidance – across everything else you measure:

Saltwater Aquariums

Choose your tank type and Reef Meister checks the right ranges (e.g., 33 - 35 ppt for reef/coral tanks) with pH guidance for stable coral growth.

Pet Health

Track urine specific gravity ranges for cats, dogs, and large mammals to catch dehydration or kidney issues early.

Honey & Beekeeping

Verify water content and natural acidity before bottling for shelf stability.

Industrial Fluids

Glycol concentration for freeze protection, oil/water balance in cutting fluids, brines, syrups up to 84 °Brix.

Lab & Water

Hydroponics, wastewater, drinking water, dairy QC, glucose/fructose solutions – keep every measurement and range in one place.

A Data History You Actually Own.

Measurements stay organized in the containers you choose – batches, logs, tanks. Name them, tag them, add notes, and keep the story.

Built-in calculators that replace third-party tools

  • Brew Meister: alcohol from OG/FG, SRM/EBC, Plato/SG, wort-corrected refractometer readings
  • Wine Meister: residual sugar combining density + total acidity, Brix-Acid correction
  • Coffee Meister: extraction yield

Notes, your way

  • Timestamped batch journal (what happened as you went)
  • Per-reading notes (what you saw in the moment)
  • Project notes (recipes, prep, constants you always want handy)

Custom value types
Tag readings with predefined types – or create your own (pressure, dissolved oxygen, etc.) alongside device readings.

Export to PDF or CSV
PDF for clean reports. CSV for spreadsheets and deeper analysis.

Wireless Fermentation Tracking.

Brew Meister and Wine Meister integrate directly with Tilt Hydrometer, RAPT Pill, and iSpindel – three of the most popular wireless fermentation trackers.

  • Live gravity and temperature curves inside every batch
  • Alerts when temperature drifts or your target gravity is reached
  • Wireless data and manual readings in the same timeline
  • Compare current batches to past results to spot what changed

Install the One That Matches What You Make.

All seven apps are free to download. One Meister Cloud account unlocks cloud sync across all of them.
