This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions for the Meister Apps digital services (Brew Meister, Wine Meister, Proof Meister, Lab Meister, Reef Meister, Coffee Meister and Pet Care Meister) provided by Anton Paar ConsumerTec GmbH. By subscribing to or using the Service you agree to be bound by this policy and our Terms of Use.
1. Scope and General Rule
- Subscriptions are offered via our mobile apps and may also be purchased on the web via Paddle. All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) on the pricing page.
- Digital services begin immediately on confirmation of your purchase. Because the service is delivered electronically and used instantly, subscription fees are non‑refundable once billing has started, unless a refund is required by law. Our Terms of Use explain that no refunds or credits are issued for amounts already billed.
- If your account is terminated because you have violated our Terms, no refund will be issued.
2. Right of Withdrawal (European Union / UK)
Consumers in the EU/EEA, Switzerland and the United Kingdom have a statutory 14‑day right to withdraw from a digital subscription contract. To comply with this law:
- You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction and receive a refund, provided that the digital service has not yet been fully performed.
- When you subscribe, you expressly agree that we will provide the service immediately and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal will be lost once the service has started. If you do not wish to waive this right, do not use the service until the withdrawal period has expired.
3. Subscription Purchases and Renewals
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically.
- You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and does not entitle you to a refund for amounts already billed.
- If your payment fails or your subscription lapses, your account will revert to the free version of the Service.
4. Purchases via Apple App Store or Google Play
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to Apple’s or Google’s terms. We are not able to process refunds for App Store or Play Store purchases. To request a refund for one of these transactions, please contact Apple or Google directly.
5. Technical Issues and Defects
We strive to keep the Service reliable. If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from accessing the features you paid for, please contact our support team. In line with Paddle’s buyer terms, a refund may be considered when:
- There is a material defect or persistent technical problem that we cannot resolve;
- You request the refund within the statutory withdrawal period (where applicable);
- The request is not associated with abusive chargeback activity.
6. How to Request a Refund

Web‑based subscriptions: If you purchased a subscription through our web app using Paddle, you can request a refund by:
- Using the “Manage subscription” or “View receipt” link in your Paddle confirmation email;
- Visiting Paddle’s customer support portal at paddle.net and selecting “Request refund”;
- Contacting our support team at support@easydens.com with your order details. We will review your request and, if eligible, instruct Paddle to process the refund. Refunds will be paid back to the original payment method.
- App‑store subscriptions: For subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, please request a refund through the relevant store, as we cannot process refunds for these purchases.
7. Non‑Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are not provided in the following situations unless required by law:
- You simply change your mind or decide not to use the service;
- You fail to cancel before a renewal date, so the next billing cycle has already started;
- You request a refund after the statutory withdrawal period has expired or after the service has been fully performed;
- Your subscription has been terminated for violating the Terms of Use.
